Win your chocolate recipe in new cookbook

Are you a budding dessert chef, Bake Off addict or chocolate fanatic? London’s Master Chocolatier Paul A. Young and national transfer charity the Children’s Air Ambulance are launching a competition to find the best chocolate-themed recipe in the country.

Five finalists will be selected from the submitted recipes and invited to a special event at the Ivy Club on 29th January, where their chocolate masterpieces will face a panel of judges including The Great British Bake Off’s Paul Hollywood and Paul Young himself.

The winning recipe will then join a host of other delectable desserts in a celebrity cook book dedicated to cooking with chocolate. Proceeds from the book will be dedicated to the Children’s Air Ambulance, a charity providing the only dedicated paediatric helicopter transfer service in the country.

Paul Young said: “The Children’s Air Ambulance is a great charity raising money for an incredibly worthwhile cause. This chocolate book is going to be filled with amazing recipes from celebrity bakers and chefs and for someone to have theirs included is a very exciting opportunity.”

To enter the competition, simply go to www.childrensairambulance.org.uk/chocolate and click the Enter Competition button, or email enquiries@childrensairambulance.org.uk with your name, address, contact number, and recipe under the subject line ‘Chocolate Competition’ before the closing date of 15th January 2016.

To find out how you can keep hope alive for our little patients, go to www.childrensairambulance.org.uk, or call 08454 130999*.
