Please help keep our helicopter flying our little stars to safety by donating to our Little Stars Appeal.
Baby Myles is one of those little stars. He was born seven weeks early and dangerously underweight. He had to be fed through a tube and was struggling to breathe. This meant he was too fragile to be moved by road and his mum Kaley was distraught with being separated from her other young sons and the rest of her family.
Thankfully the Children’s Air Ambulance was able to fly Myles to a hospital closer to home so him and his mum could recover until both were well enough to go home.
“When I heard the helicopter I was really emotional. I don’t know how we would have coped if the Children’s Air Ambulance had not been there to help us.”
Kaley, Myles’s mum
Not long ago this lifesaving service did not exist but now, thanks to the support of people like you, our crew were able to be there for Myles and his family. Please help us continue this amazing work by giving whatever you can to our Little Stars Appeal today.
On average, two children a day could benefit from our transfer service.
