MLE makes Children’s Air Amb their official charity

We are delighted to announce that Mat Lawrence, managing director with his Daventry based MLE Pyrotechnics Limited and Firework Champions have chosen to support the Children’s Air Ambulance as their official charity.

MLE Pyrotechnics are one of the leading firework companies in the industry. Firework Champions are fabulous firework displays held at five venues across the UK over the summer. Three teams compete against each other, with the audience deciding the winning display. Following the winners result the final display is from the organisers MLE.

The audience can bring a picnic, or purchase food and drink at the event, then sit down in the grounds of a stunning stately home or castle with family or friends. Soak up the atmosphere and enjoy the music/interviews before a splendid evening of displays set to music.

Displays for 2015:

  • Saturday 25th July – Newby Hall, Nr Ripon, Yorkshire
  • Saturday 1st August – Stanford Hall, Lutterworth, Leics
  • Saturday 8th August – Belvoir Castle, Grantham
  • Saturday 22nd August – Capesthorne Hall, Siddlington, Macclesfield
  • Saturday 5th September – Eastnor Castle, Ledbury, Herefordshire

For further information and to book tickets for the events visit www.fireworkchampions.co.uk

Richard Durham and Heather Burton, volunteers for The Children’s Air Ambulance, will be at each of the events with a gazebo, and will be on hand to give information about TCAA and volunteering for the charity. They will also be selling merchandise and doing a raffle and a bucket collection. They will be joined at the events by other volunteers and Teddy Paramedic.

On average, two children a day could benefit from our transfer service.
