Facts about our lifesaving service

We wanted to share with you a few short facts about the lifesaving work that you make happen.

Our helicopter is lifted into the air by your generosity and flies children to lifesaving treatment four times faster than a journey by road.Children's facts thumbnail 3
Children's facts thumbnail 4Your donations mean we can provide a nationwide service. We’ve travelled as far north as Glasgow and as far south as Truro.
We work with specialist NHS paediatric transport teams all across the country.Children's facts thumbnail 5
Children's facts thumbnail 6For every pound you give, 76p is spent on saving lives, 2p on governance and 22p is spent on raising the money needed to keep our service flying.

We do not receive any government funding. Only with your donations can we fly the children who need us.
